# CapsuleStartupCommand

A command a capsule runs when it starts (`startup` in its `.mtr` file). Its output is not kept.

**Kind:** an object, used in responses.

## Fields

Every field is present in a response; empty ones are `null`.

| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| `command` | `string` | The program to run, such as `python3`. |
| `arguments` | `string[]` | The program's arguments, each passed as one word exactly as given. |
| `runAsUser` | `string \| null` | The user to run it as, one of the capsule's users. Null: the default user. |
| `maximumDuration` | `timespan \| null` | The longest it may run. Null: five minutes. |
| `waitToComplete` | `boolean` | Whether the next command waits for this one to finish. If it waits and the command fails, the capsule run fails. |
