# CodePipelineChildRef

A reference to one of a run's tool calls, transcript entries or diffs, which are fetched separately: its id and its revision. If you already hold that id at that revision, your copy is current; otherwise fetch it.

**Kind:** an object, used in responses.

## Fields

Every field is present in a response; empty ones are `null`.

| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| `id` | `uuid` | The id of the tool call, transcript entry or diff. |
| `rev` | `integer` | Its revision (`rev`) when this reference was written. 0 means unknown: treat your copy as out of date and fetch it again. |
