# ExecutionHistoryEntry

One run an automation started, or tried to start: what triggered it and how it ended.

**Kind:** an object, used in responses.

## Fields

Every field is present in a response; empty ones are `null`.

| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| `id` | `uuid` | The entry's id. |
| `triggerType` | [`ExecutionTriggerType`](https://docs.maitento.com/reference/types/execution-trigger-type.md) | What triggered the automation: a schedule, a message trigger, or a manual trigger. |
| `triggerId` | `uuid \| null` | The id of the schedule or message trigger that fired. Null for a manual trigger. |
| `actionId` | `uuid` | The id of the automation's action that started the run. |
| `processId` | `uuid` | The run it started. An all-zero id when the run could not be started (`errorMessage` says why). |
| `processType` | [`ProcessType`](https://docs.maitento.com/reference/types/process-type.md) | What kind of run `processId` is. |
| `dateStarted` | `datetime` | When the run was started, in UTC. |
| `dateCompleted` | `datetime \| null` | When the run ended, in UTC. Null while it is still going. |
| `outcome` | [`ExecutionOutcome`](https://docs.maitento.com/reference/types/execution-outcome.md) | How the run ended, or `Pending` while it is still going. |
| `errorMessage` | `string \| null` | Why the run could not be started. Null otherwise: read the run itself for why it failed. |
