# InteractionSwarmLimitsRequest

A start's narrowing of how far the run's tree of sub-interactions may spread. Each limit given becomes the lesser of it and the definition's; each left null is not narrowed. Nothing here can widen a limit. Settled once, when the run starts, into the tree's `InteractionSwarmLimits`.

**Kind:** an object, used in requests and responses. In a request it is called `InteractionSwarmLimitsRequestInput`.

| `maxConcurrent` | `integer \| null` |  | Runs going at once, 0 to 20. Null: not narrowed. |
| `maxTotal` | `integer \| null` |  | Runs started over the tree's life, 0 to 100. Null: not narrowed. |

## In a response

Every field is present in a response; empty ones are `null`.
