# LoomRecallMode

How remembered threads come back into a conversation when a new message touches them.

**Kind:** a string enum, used in requests and responses.

## Values

| Value | Description |
|---|---|
| `"Off"` | Nothing is offered: the agent searches its memory only when it chooses to. |
| `"Suggest"` | The agent is told what may connect, and chooses whether to recall it. |
| `"Surface"` | The relevant threads are shown in the conversation straight away. |

New values can appear, so treat one you don't know as "something else", not as an error.
