# LoomSeeding

What seeding a loom from another did. Seeding copies the source's strongest shared facts, how-tos and relationships; knots, private notes, reflections, episodes and intentions never travel.

**Kind:** an object, used in responses.

## Fields

Every field is present in a response; empty ones are `null`.

| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| `loomId` | `uuid` | The loom that was seeded. |
| `fromLoomId` | `uuid` | The loom the threads came from. |
| `fromLoomName` | `string` | The source loom's name. |
| `inherited` | `integer` | Threads copied in, each marked as inherited from the source loom. |
| `alreadyKnown` | `integer` | Threads the loom already held: the existing thread was strengthened instead. |
| `withheld` | `integer` | Threads considered but left behind because they may not travel or no longer hold (their `until` has passed). |
