# LoomWeaveMode

How new threads come to be woven from a conversation.

**Kind:** a string enum, used in requests and responses.

## Values

| Value | Description |
|---|---|
| `"Manual"` | Only the agent weaves, with its LoomWeave tool. |
| `"Suggest"` | The weaver reads each exchange and offers what may be worth keeping; the agent decides. |
| `"Auto"` | The weaver weaves weak threads directly; use strengthens them, and disuse lets them fade. |

New values can appear, so treat one you don't know as "something else", not as an error.
