# MaitentoValidationResult

One reason a request was refused with a 400.

**Kind:** an object, used in responses.

## Fields

Every field is present in a response; empty ones are `null`.

| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| `errorCode` | `string` | A stable code for the failure, such as `api:model-keys:provider-invalid`. Branch on this, not on the message. |
| `memberName` | `string` | The request field the failure is about, when there is one. |
| `message` | `string` | What is wrong, in English, for logs and developers. It can change wording at any time. |
