# McpExternalOperationVersion

One version of an MCP tool.

**Kind:** an object, used in responses.

## Fields

Every field is present in a response; empty ones are `null`.

| `connectorId` | `uuid` | The id of the connector this version calls. |
| `connectorVersion` | `integer` | The exact connector version this version calls. |
| `requestBindings` | [`ConnectorBinding`](https://docs.maitento.com/reference/types/connector-binding.md)`[]` | Fixed values for fields of the request body, which the model never sees or chooses. |
| `authenticationHeader` | [`ConnectorAuthenticationHeader`](https://docs.maitento.com/reference/types/connector-authentication-header.md)`\| null` | The credential sent with every call, from a secret; null when none is sent. |
| `promptGuidance` | `string \| null` | When and how to use the tool, written for the model. Null: the connector's description. |
| `requiresApproval` | `boolean` | Whether a person must approve each call before it is made. The run waits with status `PendingApproval` until someone approves or rejects the call. |
| `version` | `integer` | The version number, from 1. Every change to a definition adds a new version with the next number. |
| `date` | `datetime` | When this version was created, in UTC. |
| `isDisabled` | `boolean` | Whether this version is disabled. A disabled version is never used: new links and runs take the latest enabled version, and anything pinned to this one fails until it is re-enabled. |
