# PartitionEmbeddingProbeResult

What a test call (`PartitionEmbeddingProbeRequest`) found. A failed test is still a 200 with this body: the failure is the answer. It carries only the measured width and a stable error code, never the provider's response text.

**Kind:** an object, used in responses.

## Fields

Every field is present in a response; empty ones are `null`.

| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| `succeeded` | `boolean` | True when the model embedded the test text at exactly `expectedDimensions`, a width Maitento can index: a partition can be indexed with this profile and these keys. |
| `expectedDimensions` | `integer` | The width the profile resolves to, which every stored vector must have. |
| `measuredDimensions` | `integer \| null` | The width the model actually returned; null when no vector came back at all. |
| `measuredDimensionsIndexable` | `boolean \| null` | Whether Maitento can index vectors of `measuredDimensions`: when a custom model's test reports a mismatch, this says whether choosing the measured width instead would work. Null when nothing was measured. |
| `errorCode` | `string \| null` | Null on success. Otherwise one of: `api:embeddings:probe-dimension-mismatch`, `api:embeddings:probe-credential-rejected`, `api:embeddings:probe-model-not-found`, `api:embeddings:probe-endpoint-unreachable`, `api:embeddings:probe-quota-exceeded`, `api:embeddings:probe-rate-limited`, `api:embeddings:probe-timed-out` or `api:embeddings:probe-failed`. |
| `credentialId` | `string \| null` | The `credentialId` of the key the outcome came from (the last one tried). |

{
  "succeeded": false,
  "expectedDimensions": 0,
  "measuredDimensions": 0,
  "measuredDimensionsIndexable": false,
  "errorCode": "...",
  "credentialId": "..."
}
