AddMessageResult
What happened to a message you sent to an interaction run: whether the run was waiting for it, and where it sits in the conversation.
Kind: an object, used in responses.
Fields
Section titled “Fields”Every field is present in a response; empty ones are null.

queued | boolean | True when the run was busy, so the message waits and the agents read it once the current turn ends. False when the run was waiting for a person and resumed straight away. |
sequence | integer | The message’s position in the run’s conversation (its sequence in context). |
