CapsuleOperationType
What a command queued on a capsule run does: run a shell command, or change the running capsule.
Kind: a string enum, used in requests and responses.

"MountSecret" | Mount a secret as a file. |
"UnmountSecret" | Remove a mounted secret. |

"RemoveUser" | Remove a Linux user. |
"InstallPackage" | Install a Debian package. |
"RemovePackage" | Remove a Debian package. |
"Terminate" | Stop the capsule run. |
New values can appear, so treat one you don’t know as “something else”, not as an error.
