One tool call an agent made during a code pipeline run: its input, its result and how long it took.

Kind: an object, used in responses.

Fields

Every field is present in a response; empty ones are null.

Field	Type	Description
stepExecutionId	uuid	The id of the step (in the run’s phases) the call belongs to.
phaseName	string	The name of the phase the call belongs to.
agentName	string	The name of the agent that made the call.
stepName	string	The name of the step the call belongs to.
sequence	integer	The call’s position in the step’s transcript. Tool calls and transcript entries share one numbering, so sorting both by it gives the order things happened in.
timestamp	datetime	When the agent made the call, in UTC.
toolName	string	The name of the tool called.
toolUseId	string | null	The coding tool’s own id for the call. Null for coding tools that don’t give one.
input	NameValuePair[]	The call’s input, as name-value pairs. Complex values are given as text.
result	string | null	What the tool returned. Null until the result arrives.
inputOriginalBytes	integer	The size of the input’s values as the agent sent them, in UTF-8 bytes, before any shortening.
resultOriginalBytes	integer	The size of the result as the tool returned it, in UTF-8 bytes, before any shortening.
isTruncated	boolean	Whether the input or result was shortened because it was extremely large. Rare.
duration	timespan | null	How long the call took. Null when unknown.
codePipelineProcessId	uuid	The id of the code pipeline run it belongs to.
rev	integer	Its revision, which goes up each time it changes (a tool result arriving after its call, for example). Starts at 1. Compare it with the rev in the run’s references to tell whether your copy is current.
tenantId	uuid	The id of the tenant it belongs to.
id	uuid	The unique id. Use it in by-id routes and wherever another object refers to this one.
dateCreated	datetime	When it was created, in UTC.
dateUpdated	datetime	When it was last changed, in UTC.
