Which reviewers on a review panel review again after a fix round, decided from what each found in the round before.
Kind: a string enum, used in requests and responses.
Values

"AllMembers" | Every reviewer. The default. |
"OnePerFlaggingLens" | For each lens where any reviewer found problems, the lens’s first reviewer in panel order; plus every reviewer with alwaysRecheck. |
"FlaggingMembers" | Only the reviewers that found problems, plus every reviewer with alwaysRecheck. |
New values can appear, so treat one you don’t know as “something else”, not as an error.
