How a set of system prompts combines with the ones before it (the pipeline’s, then each agent’s).
Kind: a string enum, used in requests and responses.
Values

"Additional" | Add these prompts after the ones before them. |
"Override" | Use these prompts in place of the ones before them. |
New values can appear, so treat one you don’t know as “something else”, not as an error.
