CredentialSignInStart

A started subscription sign-in: where the person goes to finish it, and the id to finish it with.

Claude: open CredentialSignInStart.AuthorizeUrl, sign in, and send back the code Anthropic shows.
Codex: open CredentialSignInStart.VerificationUrl, enter CredentialSignInStart.UserCode, and poll every CredentialSignInStart.PollIntervalSeconds until the sign-in completes.

Kind: an object, used in responses.
