How far a tree of sub-interactions may spread: settled when its root starts, the same for every run in it.

Kind: an object, used in responses.

Fields

Every field is present in a response; empty ones are null.

`maxConcurrent`	`integer`	Runs going at once, the root not counted.
`maxTotal`	`integer`	Runs started over the tree’s life, the root not counted.
