LaneAddOnPrice

The price of one extra concurrency lane on a tier. Priced per lane type, so the types can diverge later, even though they start at the same price.

Kind: an object, used in responses.

Fields

Every field is present in a response; empty ones are null.

`tier`	`SkuTier`	The plan the price is for.
`lane`	`LaneType`	The kind of lane.
`annualPerMonth`	`number`	Per lane per month on an annual plan.
`monthly`	`number`	Per lane per month on a monthly plan.
