MeterAllowances

What a tier includes each month on the consumable meters, each in that meter’s base unit. Null means unlimited. Storage isn’t here: its allowance is a cap on how much is stored at once, not something used up.

Kind: an object, used in responses.

Every field is present in a response; empty ones are null.
