Kind: a string enum, used in responses.
Values

"Contradicts" | The two threads cannot both be true. |
"Supersedes" | The newer thread appears to replace the older. |
"Diverges" | Different perspectives that need not be reconciled. |
New values can appear, so treat one you don’t know as “something else”, not as an error.
