WebAccessOverride
A run’s override of one agent’s web tools (or every agent’s, when agentName is null): each member true (on), false (off) or null (as the interaction and agent decide). An override naming an agent beats one naming none, and both beat the interaction’s per-participant setting and the agent’s own flags.
Kind: an object, used in requests and responses. In a request it is called WebAccessOverrideInput.
