What a streamed piece of an interaction run is.
Kind: a string enum, used in responses.
Values

"Chat" | Text of the agent’s reply, as the model writes it. |
"Function" | The label of a tool the agent is calling. |
New values can appear, so treat one you don’t know as “something else”, not as an error.
