IngestedFileIndexingFailure

Why a file cannot be indexed (made searchable) until someone acts: no embedding key for its knowledge base’s provider, or every key failed. Maitento keeps retrying, so fixing the cause (adding a model key, say) indexes the file and clears this.

Kind: an object, used in responses.

Fields

Every field is present in a response; empty ones are null.

Field	Type	Description
code	string	The stable code: api:embeddings:fallback-not-permitted (no key, and Maitento’s own may not be used) or api:embeddings:credentials-exhausted (every key failed).
message	string	What is wrong and how to fix it, for a person.
dateFailed	datetime	When it was first recorded for the file’s current content.
