IngestedFileType
What kind of document a file is, which decides how its text is extracted.
Kind: a string enum, used in responses.
Values

"Html" | An HTML page. |
"ExcelDocument" | An Excel workbook. |
"PowerPointDocument" | A PowerPoint presentation. |

"Csv" | CSV data. |
"Json" | JSON. |
"Xml" | XML. |
"Image" | An image, which is described in words so it can be searched. |
New values can appear, so treat one you don’t know as “something else”, not as an error.
