InteractionProcessManagedDispatch

A managed interaction’s dispatch that a person’s approval interrupted: the agent’s tool call waits for the approval, and so does the run. When the run resumes, the agent finishes its turn on the same thread, and its reply reaches the manager as the dispatch’s result.

Kind: an object, used in responses.

Fields

Every field is present in a response; empty ones are null.

Field	Type	Description
id	uuid	The dispatch’s id.
agentName	string	The participant the manager dispatched to.
message	string	The manager’s message, as it dispatched it.
threadId	string | null	The conversation thread the agent’s turn reads. Null is the main thread.
recordThreadId	string | null	Where the agent’s own working is kept, when that is not the thread it reads (a Group agent’s). Null otherwise.
mode	ManagedAgentMode	What the agent sees when it is dispatched to.
dateStarted	datetime	When the dispatch started (UTC).
