How remembered threads come back into a conversation when a new message touches them.
Kind: a string enum, used in requests and responses.
Values
Section titled “Values”| Value | Description |

"Off" | Nothing is offered: the agent searches its memory only when it chooses to. |
"Suggest" | The agent is told what may connect, and chooses whether to recall it. |
"Surface" | The relevant threads are shown in the conversation straight away. |
New values can appear, so treat one you don’t know as “something else”, not as an error.
