Every field is present in a response; empty ones are null.

Field	Type	Description
`errorCode`	`string`	A stable code for the failure, such as `api:model-keys:provider-invalid`. Branch on this, not on the message.
`memberName`	`string`	The request field the failure is about, when there is one.
`message`	`string`	What is wrong, in English, for logs and developers. It can change wording at any time.
