ProcessState
The group a run’s status falls into, the same for all four kinds of run, so one filter (“show me what is waiting on a person”) works across them even though each kind names its statuses differently.
Kind: a string enum, used in responses.
Values

"Active" | Queued or executing: New, Running. |
"Waiting" | Alive but waiting on something outside itself: a person, an approval, a resume, a pause. |
"Terminal" | Ended for good: Finished, Error, Killed. |
New values can appear, so treat one you don’t know as “something else”, not as an error.
