ThreadSeam

The visible seam a reframe leaves: what the thread said before, and why it changed, so you can trace how understanding moved.

Kind: an object, used in responses.

Fields

Every field is present in a response; empty ones are null.

Field	Type	Description
date	datetime	When the thread was reframed (UTC).
previousContent	string	What the thread said before the reframe.
previousWeight	number	The thread’s weight before the reframe.
previousStrand	ThreadStrand	The thread’s strand (warp or weft) before the reframe.
reason	string	Why it changed.
acknowledgment	string | null	For a warp thread, or one made warp: the explicit acknowledgment that a foundation is being revised.
by	ThreadOrigin	Who reframed it, and from where.
