ToolResultTrimmingStyle

What a trimmed tool result becomes.

Kind: a string enum, used in requests and responses.

Values

Value	Description
"Placeholder"	The same replacement text for every result.
"Digest"	A digest of what was there: which tool was called, with what, how large the result was, and how it began. Made without a model call, so it costs nothing.

New values can appear, so treat one you don’t know as “something else”, not as an error.
